Known for precision and professionalism, they’re now expanding their team with two part-time Accounts Receivable Clerks who will support the company’s continued commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll play a key role in managing outstanding payments and contributing to the financial health of the organization. From contacting clients to logging payments with care, your work will support a tight-knit accounting team dedicated to outstanding service and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact client companies via email and phone to follow up on open invoices and payment status
Accurately enter check payment information into the accounting system
Provide telephone backup support as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate financial records
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely payment resolutions
What You'll Bring:
Strong Excel Proficiency: Confident working with spreadsheets and formulas
Ten-Key by Touch: Fast, accurate numeric data entry
Typing & Data Entry: Speed and precision in entering payment data
Professional Communication: Clear, courteous phone and email etiquette
Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and respectful follow-up with clients
Teamwork: Willingness to support coworkers and adapt to shifting priorities
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in accounts receivable, data entry, or a related administrative role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Reliable transportation to the San Antonio office
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Schedule:
Part-Time: 30 hours/week
Flexible daytime schedule Monday through Friday
