Maintenance Dispatch Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Maintenance Dispatch Supervisor to oversee a team that manages residential maintenance work orders from start to finish. This is your chance to combine operational know-how with a commitment to top-notch customer service, all while supporting safe, well-maintained homes for residents.
In This Role, You Will:
- Supervise, train, and support a team of dispatch professionals
- Ensure work orders are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for leadership
- Collaborate with field maintenance and supply chain teams to drive operational success
- Manage escalated issues and high-priority repairs with urgency
- Optimize workload assignments, aiming to allocate 70% of tasks to internal field staff
- Lead by example and help shape a responsive, high-performing maintenance operation
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in single-family or multifamily maintenance
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role with training/coaching experience
- 2+ years in a call center or customer service setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management or CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Relevant certifications (EPA, Lead, Asbestos) and/or a Bachelor’s degree a plus
