As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will provide detailed data tracking and support for accounts payable and be an integral part of building out the accounts payable function for this growing company.

What You'll be Doing:
- Professionally represent the Company as a point of contact for accounts payable
- Perform GL coding and detailed data entry
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Coordinate routine inquiries regarding balances and account payment status, and assist in the resolution of discrepancies
- Manage correspondence and inquiries from subcontractors and vendors, both internal and external, regarding invoice status
- Maintain current date W9s for tax reporting and accurate 1099 vendor files
- Additional projects and reports as needed
- High School Diploma; an associate degree in accounting is preferred
- 1-4 years of accounts payable experience
- Property management and/or real estate experience is a plus
- ERP systems experience and proficiency with Excel
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
