In this position, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to act as the point of contact for new residents from lease execution through move-in.

This position involves:
This is an office-based position in Charlotte, NC, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours. Our client offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on all required move-in documentation and collect any remaining funds
- Facilitate virtual move-in orientations, ensuring residents feel informed and welcomed
- Send timely and professional communication regarding policies, payments, and orientation materials
- Track all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail
- Schedule and coordinate lease completion and signing with residents and leasing agents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Uphold a high standard of customer service through phone, email, and written communication
- Work closely and collaboratively with team members across departments
- Support with additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by your manager
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A valid driver’s license
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
- Great time-management skills; you consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-starter attitude: you’re proactive, motivated, and ready to take ownership
Additional Information

- All duties must be performed in a safe and professional manner
