We’re seeking a Recurring Service Specialist to join our client's Dallas-based team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring recurring services like lawn care and pool maintenance are handled seamlessly. You’ll manage vendor relationships, track performance, and keep residents happy, all while helping our operations run efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate recurring services (lawn care, pool maintenance, etc.) across assigned markets.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors and residents to ensure timely service and address issues quickly.
  • Accurately track budgets, completion dates, and other key data in our systems.
  • Source and onboard new vendors for critical service areas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor issues and maintain strong, positive relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management, construction project managers, and vendors.
  • Monitor vendor compliance, track KPIs, and support quality control efforts.
  • Handle additional vendor-related activities as assigned by your manager.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management, property services, or a related role (SFR experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with prospect or resident management systems.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Someone flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate across teams.


Location & Schedule:

This position is based at our client’s Dallas, TX office. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend overtime during high-volume periods.
