This is an office-based position in Charlotte, NC, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours. Our client offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Confirm resident move-out dates and collect accurate forwarding addresses
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to manage pending and completed move-outs
- Accurately complete SODAs (Statement of Deposit Accounting), ensuring detailed charge descriptions and photo documentation
- Process all ledger charges in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the Accounting department on checks, mailings, and financial processing
- Receive and respond to move-out disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Handle surety bond claim approvals
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all company policies and procedures
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service via phone, email, and written communication
- Collaborate with team members across departments
- Support with additional tasks as assigned by your manager
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A real estate license is not required, but is a plus
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
This position involves:
- Regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion
- Routine use of standard office equipment and computers
- All duties must be performed in a safe and professional manner
