Property Services Coordinator

Our client is searching for a proactive Property Services Coordinator to serve as the vital link between residents, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in coordinating maintenance and service requests, making sure every detail is handled smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident service requests across multiple markets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, providing accurate information or routing inquiries as appropriate
- Coordinate with vendors and field operations teams to schedule and track maintenance and landscaping services
- Manage service requests by creating, assigning, and coordinating work, determining whether internal staff or external vendors are the best fit for each task.
- Maintain accurate records in the service request dashboard and ensure timely follow-up on open work orders
- Communicate and collaborate closely with field teams and residents to ensure service expectations are met
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Support continuous process improvements for resident service and maintenance operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of experience in property management (single-family or multi-family), maintenance coordination, or a customer service/vendor coordination role
- Strong customer service and communication skills—written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Valid driver’s license required
Location & Schedule:
This position is based at our client’s Dallas, TX office. Employees may work from home one day per week. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend overtime during high-volume periods.
