Utility Services Coordinator

We’re searching for a Utility Services Coordinator who can own the utility process, from onboarding new accounts to helping residents and working with vendors. You’ll be at the center of it all, making sure things stay on track and everyone’s happy.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the point person for all things utilities from onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Keep our utilities database accurate and up to date (because details matter!).
- Talk with residents and utility companies every day, your people skills will shine here.
- Jump in to help your teammates and leaders whenever needed.
- Handle utility billing, liens, and general business functions like a pro.
- Stay on top of state and local utility rules (we’ll help you learn).
- Keep things moving fast, even when the pressure’s on.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of general office experience (property management or HOA experience? Even better!).
- Tech skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Fantastic organization and attention to detail.
- Self-starter energy, you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure.

Location & Schedule:
This position is based at our client’s Dallas, TX office. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend overtime during high-volume periods.
