Are you a fully licensed Texas therapist looking to build a consistent caseload, without the administrative burden of private practice?

An established, multi-location outpatient counseling practice in the North Austin area is experiencing strong demand for evening and weekend appointments and is seeking licensed clinicians who want flexibility, strong hourly compensation, and the ability to focus on clinical work.
If you enjoy working with children, adolescents, and/or couples and are looking for steady referral flow during high-demand hours, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Provide therapy services during evenings and/or weekends
Deliver individual, couples, and/or family therapy
Work with children, teens, and adult clients
Maintain timely clinical documentation using the practice’s HER
Collaborate within a professional, team-oriented environment

Commercial insurance credentialing
Billing and claims management
Established referral stream
Administrative support
Furnished professional office space
EHR access

Qualifications:

Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or couples preferred
Reliable evening and/or weekend availability
Professional, ethical, and collaborative approach
